Supported Practice Areas
LitiSync’s Practice Area Library provides the legal intelligence that enables the platform to operate with precision across a wide range of matters. At the time of this writing, LitiSync supports more than 25 practice areas and over 250 causes of action, including Employment and Labor, Family Law, Immigration, Landlord–Tenant, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and many others. This library continues to expand as new firms join the platform and introduce additional matter types, allowing LitiSync to continuously grow with the evolving needs of legal practices.
Atomic Rules
Each practice area is governed by structured atomic rule sets that embed the appropriate legal context into every matter. These rules establish two critical layers of guidance. First, they define the Legal Gatekeeping Context—the factual and legal elements that must be present for a matter to meet the criteria of a specific cause of action and proceed effectively. Second, they apply a Procedural Risk and Strategy Context, identifying how the matter is likely to be challenged, what procedural vulnerabilities may exist, and where additional evidence or development may be required to strengthen the case. Together, these rule-driven frameworks ensure that each matter is evaluated not only for eligibility but also for strategic readiness.
All engagement workflows, analytical processes, and generated outputs are guided by the Practice Area Library, allowing LitiSync’s AI agents to tailor interviews, chronology building, evidence collection, and strategic assessments to the precise legal context of the case. By continuously applying gatekeeping, procedural, and strategic rule layers throughout the lifecycle of a matter, LitiSync helps attorneys build stronger, more defensible cases while maintaining consistency, completeness, and high-quality work product across every practice area supported by the platform.
