Switchboard

LitiSync is built on a set of tightly integrated core components that work together to automate engagement, structure case intelligence, and generate attorney-ready work product. At the center of the platform is Switchboard, LitiSync’s decisioning engine. Switchboard governs how matters are evaluated, how agents operate, and how outputs are generated by applying configurable atomic rules for gatekeeping, legal challenges, referrals, and analytical workflows. From determining which activities are queued for agents, to guiding the topics covered during interviews, to controlling the matter-building blocks produced for each case, Switchboard ensures that every step of the process is adaptive, consistent, and aligned with the legal framework of the matter.
LitiSync Case Record (LCR)

The LitiSync Case Record (LCR) serves as the encrypted, authoritative source of truth for every matter on the platform. LCR securely stores, updates, and manages all case-related information, enabling seamless collaboration while maintaining strict permission controls. It powers the LitiSync Exchange for referrals and shared case development and houses the structured components that make matters actionable—including chronologies and timelines, evidence inventories, participant and character lists, and the modular “Building Blocks” used to assemble filings, memoranda, and other legal work product. By maintaining a continuously synchronized case record, LCR ensures that every stakeholder is working from the same complete and up-to-date set of facts.
Case Team

Supporting these components is the Case Team, a dedicated, always-on team of specialized AI agents that collaborates with attorneys to gather the full story of a matter and advance it toward resolution. Arc manages client engagement and chronology development through structured interviews, Scribe generates timelines and written Building Blocks used for drafting legal materials, Scout collects supporting documents and evidence, and Vector performs strategic analysis, delivering analytics and matter assessments that help attorneys refine legal strategy. Together, the Case Team operates continuously in the background, transforming raw information into structured, strategic case intelligence that attorneys can immediately use.
