Overview
The Who’s Who feature provides a centralized directory of all individuals involved in a matter, including clients, witnesses, adverse parties, and other participants. Each person is represented by a contact card that displays their role, involvement, and relationship to the matter.
Before You Begin
- A matter must be active.
- Individuals must have been identified through client engagement, chronology development, or manual entry.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Who’s Who
Within the matter workspace, select Who’s Who from the sidebar navigation.
2. Review Contact Cards
Each identified individual appears as a contact profile card displaying:
- Name
- Character type (e.g., witness, primary client, adverse party)
- Events the individual is associated with
- Available contact details
At a glance, you can quickly understand who each individual is and their relationship to the client and the matter.
3. Add or Update Contact Information
Select any contact card to add or update detailed contact information. Contact details can be updated using the edit icon top right of each contact card. Contact information can be copied or activated directly from the default card view for quick outreach.
4. Add New Contacts
To manually add a new individual, select the + Profile icon at the top of the screen and enter the contact’s information.
5. Filter, Search, or Change View
You can:
- Filter contacts by contact type (witness, client, adverse party, etc.)
- Search by name to locate individuals quickly
- Switch between a tile view of profile cards or a sortable list view
What Happens Next
As LitiSync continues gathering information, new individuals will automatically be added to Who’s Who and mapped to related events, evidence, and matter details.
