Overview
The Case Load Dashboard provides a centralized view of every matter associated with your account. Each matter appears as a card that displays key information and allows you to quickly manage, edit, or refer the case through the LitiSync Exchange.
Before You Begin
- You must be logged into your LitiSync account.
- At least one matter must exist to appear on the dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Case Load Dashboard
The Case Load Dashboard is the default view after logging in. Each matter associated with your account appears as an individual card.
2. Filter Matters by Status
Use the Status Filter to view matters by:
- All
- Active
- Closed
3. Switch Dashboard Views
Choose how you want to view your matters:
- Tile View — Displays matters as cards
- List View — Displays matters in a sortable table format
4. Search for a Matter
Use the Search Field at the top of the dashboard to quickly locate a specific matter.
5. Add a New Matter
Select + New Matter to create and add a new case to your dashboard.
6. Manage a Matter
On each matter card:
- Select the menu icon (top-right) to edit the Case Profile, including the Case Title, Client Contact, Practice Area, Causes of Action, Jurisdiction, and Case Status.
- Select the menu icon (top-right) to choose Refer Case to send the matter through the LitiSync Exchange.
What Happens Next
Once a matter is created, it will immediately appear on your Case Load Dashboard and can be filtered, edited, referred, or tracked as it progresses through your workflow.

Why don’t I see my matter on the dashboard?
Check your status filters to ensure the matter is not hidden under Active or Closed filters.
Can I edit a matter directly from the dashboard?
Yes. Use the menu option on the top-right of the matter card to edit the case profile.
Can I change how matters are displayed?
Yes. You can toggle between the tile card view and the sortable list view at any time.
